Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and almonds.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
