Ingredients

- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend pitted dates and walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Press the mixture into a lined bowl or dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute walnuts with any nut of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
