Description

A comforting and hearty dairy-free tater tot casserole that is also gluten-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (dairy-free)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package gluten-free tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with gluten-free tater tots.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
