A comforting and hearty dairy-free tater tot casserole that is also gluten-free.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (dairy-free)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package gluten-free tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with gluten-free tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.

- Make sure to use gluten-free tater tots.
- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
