Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  6. Pour coconut milk over the meatballs.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less curry powder.
  • Serve with rice or naan for a complete meal.
