Description

Cucumber sandwiches are a classic, refreshing snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and dill until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer cucumber slices on four of the bread slices.
