Description
Cucumber sandwiches are a classic, refreshing snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and dill until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on four of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- Cut each sandwich into quarters and serve.
Notes
- Use whole wheat or white bread based on preference.
- Chill sandwiches for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
