Ingredients
Scale
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly on each slice of bread.
- Arrange cucumber slices on two of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Top with the other two slices of bread.
- Cut into quarters and serve.
