Description

A refreshing cucumber dill yogurt salad that is light and healthy.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine diced cucumber and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to release water.
  2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess water from cucumbers.
  4. Add cucumbers to the yogurt mixture and stir gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
