A hearty and easy crockpot lasagna recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the ricotta mixture and half of the ground beef.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and cheese on top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until noodles are tender.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Make sure to break noodles to fit crockpot.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
