This is a simple crockpot green chile chicken recipe. It is flavorful and easy to prepare.

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can (10 oz) green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour green chile enchilada sauce over the chicken.
- Add black beans and corn to the crockpot.
- Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- Top with cheese or avocado if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
