- 2 pounds of chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Add uncooked spaghetti and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
