- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the pork on all sides until browned.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Place the pork in the crockpot.
- Pour the glaze over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove the pork, slice, and serve with the glaze.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight.
- Serve with vegetables or rice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
