Description

A savory pork tenderloin glazed with brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the pork on all sides until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.
  5. Place the pork in the crockpot.
  6. Pour the glaze over the pork.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Remove the pork, slice, and serve with the glaze.
