Crock pot Mississippi pork chops are tender and flavorful with a tangy kick.
Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5 pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
- Place pork chops in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over the pork chops.
- Add au jus gravy mix on top.
- Place butter on top of the mixes.
- Add pepperoncini peppers around the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.
Notes
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
- Adjust the number of pepperoncini to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
