Description

Crock pot Mississippi pork chops are tender and flavorful with a tangy kick.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over the pork chops.
  3. Add au jus gravy mix on top.
  4. Place butter on top of the mixes.
  5. Add pepperoncini peppers around the pork chops.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.

Notes

  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
  • Adjust the number of pepperoncini to taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
