Description
A delicious low carb pizza casserole made in the crock pot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Layer half of the beef in the crock pot.
- Add half of the bell peppers and half of the pepperoni.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use any low carb marinara sauce.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Adjust cooking time based on your crock pot model.
