Description

Delicious and easy crock pot Hawaiian chicken sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, and red onion.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred chicken with two forks.
