Description

Crispy smashed potatoes are a delicious side dish that features tender potatoes with a crispy exterior.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash each one with a fork.
