Description

Crispy saucy chicken served with vegetable fried rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. In another pan, scramble the eggs and add mixed vegetables.
  6. Add cooked rice to the vegetable mixture and stir well.
  7. Serve the crispy chicken over vegetable fried rice.
  8. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by changing the honey amount.
