Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with sesame oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- While the salmon cooks, prepare the rice in a bowl.
- Top the rice with sliced avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
- Once the salmon is done, flake it and add it to the bowl.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
