Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the lentils and drain them.
- In a bowl, mix lentils with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the lentils on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
