Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut tofu into cubes and coat with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce over crispy tofu and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Use firm or extra-firm tofu for best results.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
