Description

Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and coat with cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  5. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour sauce over crispy tofu and stir to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
