Description
Crispy glazed chicken wings are a delicious and flavorful appetizer or main dish.

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with additional glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
