- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides in and roll up tightly.
- Seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
