Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly.
  5. Seal the edge with water.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
