Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by frying or baking until golden brown and crispy, then shred or dice.
  2. If making homemade Caesar dressing, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  3. Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat, adding chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, then folding and rolling it up.
