- 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by frying or baking until golden brown and crispy, then shred or dice.
- If making homemade Caesar dressing, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Assemble the wrap by laying a tortilla flat, adding chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, then folding and rolling it up.
- Grill the wrap in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with crispy tofu or roasted chickpeas.
- For a spicy version, add cayenne pepper to the chicken or mix sriracha into the dressing.
