Description

Crispy bang bang salmon bite bowls are a delicious and satisfying meal featuring crispy salmon bites served over rice with a spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the salmon in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
