Crispy baked chicken tenders are a healthy alternative to fried chicken. They are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the baking sheet.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
