Description

Crispy baked chicken tenders are a healthy alternative to fried chicken. They are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken strips on the baking sheet.
  6. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
