Description

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
