Creamy Spinach Parmesan Pinwheels are delicious appetizers made with spinach and cheese wrapped in tortillas.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for best flavor.
- Allow pinwheels to chill for better slicing.
- These can be made a day in advance.
