Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and spices.
- Stir in spinach mixture and half of the cheeses.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use fresh spinach for best flavor.
- Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
