Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and spices.
  5. Stir in spinach mixture and half of the cheeses.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
