- 1 can (10 oz or 284 g) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the beef is cooking, boil salted water and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies into the browned beef and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese, and stir until melted and combined.
