  • Pasta: 250 grams (9 oz) of spaghetti or fettuccine
  • Ricotta Cheese: 250 grams (9 oz)
  • Lemon: 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup, grated
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
