Description

A flavorful dish featuring salmon coated in a creamy lemon herb sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and parsley; stir to combine.
  7. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over fillets, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
