A flavorful dish featuring salmon coated in a creamy lemon herb sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and parsley; stir to combine.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over fillets, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
