- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, cook the sliced steak until browned.
- Add buffalo sauce, honey, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the pan.
- Mix well until the sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the steak mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Can substitute steak with chicken if preferred.
