- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained green beans to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- You can use frozen green beans if fresh are not available.
- For a richer flavor, add garlic powder or onion powder.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving.
