- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
