Ingredients
- Fresh crab meat: 1 cup
- Shrimp: 1 cup, peeled and deveined
- Heavy cream: 2 cups
- Fish stock: 4 cups
- Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Celery: 2 stalks, finely chopped
- White wine: 1/2 cup
- Thyme: 1 teaspoon, fresh (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- Cayenne pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
- Prepare the seafood by peeling and deveining the shrimp and checking for shell pieces in the crab meat.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and celery in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Deglaze the pot with white wine, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add fish stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add crab meat and shrimp, cook for 5 minutes, then blend the mixture until smooth.
- Return to low heat, stir in heavy cream, thyme, and cayenne pepper, season with salt and pepper, and heat through for 5 minutes before serving.
