- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked wild rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Add diced onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
