- 2 chicken sausages, sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix well.
- Add the cooked orzo and chopped spinach, stirring until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use any type of chicken sausage you prefer.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
