Description

A rich and comforting dish of creamy cheesy potatoes baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add heavy cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  5. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can add cooked bacon or chopped green onions for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
