Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté shrimp with garlic until pink.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in cooked shrimp and green onions.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
