Ingredients
- Buldak ramen noodles: 1 package
- Spicy chicken seasoning: 1 packet
- Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
- Butter: 2 tablespoons (30 g)
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Salt: to taste
- Water: for boiling noodles and eggs
- Scallions: 2, chopped (optional)
- Sesame seeds: toasted (optional)
- Crushed peanuts: (optional)
- Pickled vegetables: (optional)
- Vegetables: such as spinach or bok choy (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the noodles in a large pot of water according to package instructions (4-5 minutes).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir to create a creamy sauce.
- Boil eggs in a separate pot for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, then cool in an ice bath.
- Add spicy chicken seasoning to the sauce, then mix in the drained noodles until well coated.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with halved soft-boiled eggs and garnishing with scallions.
