Description

Ingredients

  • Buldak ramen noodles: 1 package
  • Spicy chicken seasoning: 1 packet
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons (30 g)
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: for boiling noodles and eggs
  • Scallions: 2, chopped (optional)
  • Sesame seeds: toasted (optional)
  • Crushed peanuts: (optional)
  • Pickled vegetables: (optional)
  • Vegetables: such as spinach or bok choy (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles in a large pot of water according to package instructions (4-5 minutes).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Boil eggs in a separate pot for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, then cool in an ice bath.
  5. Add spicy chicken seasoning to the sauce, then mix in the drained noodles until well coated.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topping with halved soft-boiled eggs and garnishing with scallions.
