- 1 can of cream-style corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and stir until combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Use different types of cheese for varied flavor.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked later.
