Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 2 inches each.
  4. Place a piece of brie on each square.
  5. Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a bite-sized parcel.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
