Cranberry Brie Bites are bite-sized pastries filled with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce.

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 2 inches each.
- Place a piece of brie on each square.
- Add a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a bite-sized parcel.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience.
- Feel free to substitute cranberry sauce with other fruit preserves.
