Description
A refreshing salad with chicken, cranberries, apples, and pecans.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, apple, pecans, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture.
- Toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of greens for added crunch.
- Can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
