- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pot, combine chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Cook over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is combined.
- Add cooked penne pasta and stir until well coated.
- Mix in cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Serve topped with green onions.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
