Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape them into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- If using cheese, add a slice on each patty in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite seasonings.
- Serve with fries or a salad.
- Store leftover patties in the fridge for up to three days.
