Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add chili powder.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
