Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, crab meat, and green onions.
  5. Pour in milk and mix until dough forms.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  8. Brush lemon butter over the biscuits.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
