Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, crab meat, and green onions.
- Pour in milk and mix until dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Brush lemon butter over the biscuits.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
