Delicious crab stuffed cheddar bay biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, combine milk, crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Fold the crab mixture into the flour mixture until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be made with fresh or canned crab meat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
