Ingredients

- 1 avocado, diced

- 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, and avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Top with shredded cheese and cilantro.
