Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley, chives, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter sauce.
- Slice the steak and serve it on top of the pasta.
Notes
- Adjust garlic according to your taste.
- Use your preferred steak cut.
- Can add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
