A creamy and healthy pasta sauce made with cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over low heat.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
Notes
- Use whole grain pasta for added fiber.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
